Job Description

· Serve as a hands-on Maintenance Lead overseeing all maintenance operations within a non-union sand cast foundry

· Prioritize and coordinate service requests, repairs, and equipment installations to maximize operational uptime

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery

· Will lead another maintenance tech and schedule work

· Will Purchase parts

Requirements

· Proven experience in a maintenance leadership capacity within an industrial or manufacturing environment

· Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills (no PLC experience required)

· Demonstrated hands-on approach to equipment maintenance and problem-solving

· Induction furnace experience is highly preferred
