Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT)

We're hiring Respiratory Therapists (CRT/RRT) for a full-time permanent Night Shift opportunity at a leading acute care hospital in Hudson, Florida.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time | Nights
• Rotating Weekends
• Pay: $27.09–$37.92/hour (based on experience)
• Night Differential: +$4.50/hour
• Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (Nights) | $10,000 (Days, if available)
• Relocation Assistance: Available (case by case)

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients of all ages
• Set up and manage ventilators and respiratory therapy equipment
• Administer routine and advanced respiratory treatments
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Work collaboratively with physicians and the healthcare team

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program (Associate's required; Bachelor's preferred)
• Active Florida Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) License
• Current BLS Certification
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within 6 months of hire
• Acute care or hospital experience preferred
