Float Pool (Critical Care) RN + Sign on bonus upto 25K

What will you will do in this role:
Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Job Requirements:
2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care ICU RN experience required
If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) we can consider and move forward.
Current BLS required

Shift Differentials: $3 Nights and $2 weekends
