Med-Surg RN - Up to $20K Sign-On Bonus + Relocation

Job Summary:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care by assessing patients, administering medications, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Full-time | Mixed Shifts or Nights (Rotating Weekends)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $1,500
• Units Available: Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Ortho Trauma

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• BLS (within 30 days of hire)
• Acute care experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to cross-train across Med-Surg specialty units
