Med Surg Registered Nurse "Quick Hiring"

Position: Med-Surg Registered Nurse

• Role: Deliver patient-centered care using nursing models (Assess, Perform, Teach, Manage)
• Work closely with physicians and care teams
• Strong focus on patient advocacy, education, and outcomes

Shifts

• Days: 7 AM – 7 PM (rotating weekends)
• Nights: 7 PM – 7 AM (rotating weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients on admission and throughout shifts
• Administer medications and monitor responses
• Perform ordered procedures and document care
• Respond quickly to patient needs
• Educate patients and families about care plans and medications

Requirements

• Acute Care RN experience required
• • Within last 3 years
  • OR within 5 years if you have strong overall RN experience
• Associate degree or RN Diploma
• Florida RN license

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range:
• • Min: $29/hr
  • Max: $44/hr
• Sign-on Bonus:
• • $10K (Days)
  • $15K (Nights)
• Night Differential: +$4/hr
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 6:1
