RN- Stepdown

Requirements:

• Neuro experience is a must, especially Trauma, Craniotomy, and Pre/Post Surgery
• Epic experience in the last 6 months preferred (please specify for training purposes)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (Blue Cloud)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year

Skills & Special Requirements:

• Surgical Trauma, Chest Tubes, Cardiac Drip Titration, Telemetry
• BiPAP, High Flow O2, Strong Neuro skills
• Common diagnoses: POD 1 craniotomy, neurosurgeries, Whipples, abdominal surgeries, sepsis, stroke transfers, chronic mechanical ventilation, insulin drips, and arrhythmia management
