Position Highlights

• Full-Time Permanent Position
• Available Shifts:
• • Days (Rotating Weekends)
  • Nights (Rotating Weekends)
• Competitive Pay: $30.04 – $41.50/hr (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials:
• • $4.00/hr Nights
  • $4.00/hr Weekends
• Sign-On Bonus:
• • Up to $10,000 (Days)
• Relocation Assistance Available (Case-by-Case Basis)

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments, medications, and recovery plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Supervise and support non-licensed nursing staff within scope of practice

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required
• • Acute care experience does not need to be recent
• ADN or BSN required
• Active RN License or Compact RN License
• BLS Certification required upon hire
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
