• Responsible for teaching, facilitating, and driving CI standards across the board
• Will drive company’s standards, methods and tools to deliver results in safety, throughput, productivity cost, and inventory/delivery performance
• Will be the plant’s lean expert

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of CI experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree is required Engineering is preferred
• Aerospace background is preferred
