Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) | Nights/Evenings | Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist to join a leading acute care hospital in Bradenton, Florida. This full-time position offers evening or night shifts with rotating weekends and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospital laboratory environment.

Compensation:

• $27.09 – $37.92/hr (based on experience)

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Evenings or Nights
• Rotating Weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical laboratory testing in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology
• Analyze and report accurate laboratory results
• Process specimens and support laboratory operations
• Maintain compliance with laboratory policies and regulatory standards
• Work independently while covering multiple laboratory departments

Requirements:

• Florida Medical Technologist License (minimum 3 laboratory areas required)
• ASCP Certification preferred
• Associate Degree in Medical Technology (Bachelor's preferred)
• Hospital laboratory experience preferred
• Blood Bank experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
