Med Surg RN

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (Med-Surg) to join a collaborative acute care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working in a fast-paced Medical Surgical unit.

Schedule

• Nights
• Rotating weekends

Compensation & Incentives

• 0–5 Years Experience: $27.72 – $33.00/hour
• 10 Years Experience: Up to $36.30/hour
• 15+ Years Experience: Up to $39.60/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)
• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
• Night Differential: +$4.00/hour
• No Weekend Shift Differential

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing policies and procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes.
• Educate patients and families while providing compassionate, patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN License or eligible Compact RN License.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• 1 year RN experience Required.

Additional Information

• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: Typically 6:1, occasionally 7:1.
