Med-Surg Registered Nurse | Up to $15K Sign-On Bonus + Benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join a Medical-Surgical unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare teams, administer treatments and medications, and educate patients and families throughout their care journey.

Available Shifts

• Days (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $29.04 – $39.60/hr (based on experience)
• Night Differential: $4.25/hr
• Sign-On Bonus:
• • $10,000 for Days
  • $15,000 for Nights

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Monitor patient responses and report changes in condition
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medications
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Deliver safe, patient-centered care

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Acute care experience preferred but not required
• BLS Certification (required within 30 days of hire)
