Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU | $20K Sign-On + $10K Relocation

Unit Overview – ICU (32-Bed Critical Care Unit)

Join a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This unit provides care for critically ill patients requiring close monitoring and rapid intervention in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Patient Population Includes

• Respiratory failure
• Cardiac and pulmonary conditions
• Sepsis
• Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA)
• Other critical care presentations

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio

• 1:2 ICU ratio (strong and standard for critical care)
• Supported by CNAs and interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced and ongoing patient assessments
• Monitor critically ill patients in real time
• Administer specialized ICU-level treatments and medications
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Support life-sustaining interventions and care planning

Required Qualifications

• Active New Mexico RN License
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• 1+ year ICU experience or 1+ year general nursing experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $74,880 – $100,000/year
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
