Medical Technologist Blood Bank - Nights | High Demand

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lab testing (waived, moderate, high complexity)
• Handle blood bank work (critical requirement)
• Specimen collection, processing, and data entry
• Analyze and validate abnormal lab results
• Maintain lab equipment (centrifuges, freezers, etc.)
• Quality control & performance improvement
• Train lab staff and students
• Evaluate new testing methods/instruments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related science
• ASCP Certification (or equivalent) required
• Minimum 1+ year recent Blood Bank experience in an acute care hospital

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $29 – $41/hour
• Shift Differentials:
• • +$2/hr evenings
  • +$3/hr nights
  • +$3/hr weekends
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: $5,000
