• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)

Job Summary

The Med-Surg Oncology RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care to adult patients in an acute care oncology setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, autonomy in patient care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and collect relevant health data
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer treatments and monitor patient progress

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care Med-Surg RN experience
• Active Florida RN license or compact license (FL license required within 60 days)
• BLS certification

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range:
• • $30 to $43 an hour
• Sign-On Bonus:
• • $15,000 (Days)
  • $20,000 (Nights)
• Shift Differentials:
• • Nights: +$3/hr
  • Weekends: +$2/hr
• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case
