Physician – Nursing Home

We are seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to provide high-quality primary and diagnostic care for nursing home residents in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Location: Queens/ Westchester/Bronx/Brooklyn- NY
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Permanent

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school
• Active New York Medical License
• BC/BE in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Palliative Care/Hospice, or Family Medicine
• Completion of an accredited residency program (or equivalent pathway)
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain during credentialing)
• Experience providing primary care services in a clinical setting preferred
• Residents and Fellows are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

• $200,000 – $240,000 annually
