Operating Room RN - Full-Time | Sign-On Bonus

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a fast-paced surgical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the perioperative process, including pre-operative preparation, intra-operative support, and post-operative monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients prior to surgery and prepare them for procedures
• Administer IV therapy and pre-operative medications
• Assist in surgical site verification, time-out, and universal protocols
• Monitor patients during surgery and respond to emergencies
• Provide education to patients and families regarding procedures and recovery
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and condition
• Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and clinical standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1+ year of recent OR experience
• Experience in scrub and/or circulating roles
• BLS certification (within 30 days of start)
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• On-call: Covered by dedicated team

Compensation & Benefits

Shift Differential: +$4.00/hr (nights & weekends)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)
