Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Up to $48/hr + Sign-On Bonus

Role Overview

This hospital-based RRT role combines routine respiratory therapy with high-acuity critical care exposure across:

• ER
• ICU
• Acute Care Units
• Neonatal Support

Strong focus on:

• Ventilation management
• Airway support
• Emergency response
• Multidisciplinary collaboration

Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment

• Evaluate respiratory status
• Monitor airway function & breath sounds
• Assess oxygenation and ventilation needs

Respiratory Therapy Delivery

• Oxygen therapy
• Aerosol treatments
• Airway clearance therapies
• Pulmonary hygiene support

Ventilation Management

• Assist with intubations
• Manage invasive & noninvasive ventilation
• Monitor ventilator settings and patient response

Team Collaboration

• Educate patients & families
• Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff
• Support neonatal stabilization during deliveries

Equipment & Safety

• Maintain respiratory equipment
• Ensure infection control compliance
• Safely transport ventilated patients

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/RCP)
• Active state respiratory license
• BLS/CPR within 30 days of hire
• Associate degree or certificate accepted
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Onsite interview required

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $32.95 – $48.00/hour (experience-based)
• Sign-On Bonus: Approx. $1,500 (case-by-case)
