ER RN - Full-Time Nights - Up to $45.90/hr + $15K SOB

Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Palatka, Florida
Shifts: Evenings or Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service
• Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
• Administer medications and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care
• Maintain equipment and ensure operational readiness
• Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and infection control programs
• Participate in nursing research and training initiatives

Qualifications

• Required:
  • 1+ year of Acute Care ER experience
  • Associate Degree in Nursing
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (within 30 days of start)
• Licensing:
  • Compact license holders with 3+ years of RN experience may apply (must apply for FL license)
  • Candidates with <3 years of experience must pass NCLEX in Florida

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range:
  • Min: $30.60/hr
  • Mid: $38.25/hr (10+ years)
  • Max: $45.90/hr (18+ years)
• Shift Differentials:
  • Nights: +$4.25/hr
  • Weekends: +$2.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus:
  • $10,000 for Days
  • $15,000 for Nights
• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
