Job Description
We're hiring a full-time permanent MRI Lead Technologist / MRI Coordinator to join a leading healthcare facility in Newton, KS. This leadership role combines clinical MRI responsibilities with departmental coordination, staff training, workflow improvement, and research support.
Position Highlights:
- Full-Time Permanent
- 8-Hour Day Shifts
- Pay: $32.67–$46.13/hour (based on experience)
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $10,000 Retention Bonus (after 2 years with satisfactory performance)

Requirements:
- ARRT (Radiography) Certification
- Kansas Radiologic Technologist License
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Minimum 5 years of MRI experience
- At least 1 year of Lead MRI Tech experience
- MRI Safety Officer Certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MRI imaging
- Lead and support MRI department operations
- Assist with staff training and workflow improvements
- Coordinate MRI-related activities and research initiatives
- Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance
