Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, providers, and staff.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and maintaining a professional office environment.
- Schedule and confirm appointments while coordinating provider calendars.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, responding to patient inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
- Perform data entry, record maintenance, and document management with a high level of accuracy.
- Support administrative workflows, patient registration, and insurance-related documentation.
- Coordinate communication between patients, clinical staff, physicians, and administrative teams.
- Assist with special projects and departmental administrative functions as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare privacy standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities throughout the day.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Medical Receptionist, Dental Receptionist, or Senior Administrative Assistant.
- Healthcare, dental, orthodontic, or medical office experience strongly preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a busy patient-facing environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative administrative team.
