Oncology Nurse Opportunity | Day Shift | Immediate Hiring

Job Title: Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)
Client: Saint Francis Health System
Location: Tulsa – 74133
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Range: $29.80 – $40/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 (1-year commitment)

Requirements

• Current Oklahoma RN License or Multistate RN License
• Minimum 1 year RN experience required
• Oncology experience required
• Infusion experience required
• Valid BLS Certification
• Stable work history

Required Education

• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing

Core Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer IV medications and chemotherapy
• Assist physicians with exams and procedures
• Triage patient calls and coordinate appointments/admissions
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Maintain accurate EMR/IDX documentation
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols

Key Skills Needed

• IV and intramuscular medication administration
• Oncology nursing knowledge
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Detail-oriented clinical assessment abilities

Work Environment

• Work directly with oncology patients and healthcare teams
• Frequent collaboration with physicians and leadership staff
• Outpatient oncology/infusion setting
