Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department. This role offers the opportunity to care for patients ranging from minor injuries to critically ill emergencies while working alongside a supportive clinical team focused on delivering outstanding patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages presenting to the Emergency Department
• Prioritize multiple patient cases based on acuity and clinical needs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care in a dynamic emergency setting

Qualifications

• Active RN license or Compact RN License eligible to practice in Virginia
• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required
• BSN preferred or current enrollment in a BSN program
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of ER RN experience in an acute care setting preferred
• Medical Surgical RNs considered for cross-training on Night Shift openings

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $32.33 – $48.50/hour (based on experience)
• Night Differential: $3.00/hour
• Weekend Day Differential: $3.00/hour
• Weekend Night Differential: $7.00/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $1,500

Schedule

• Full-Time Days, Evenings, Nights, and Mixed Shifts Available
