ER RN - Full Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. The RN will provide care for patients ranging from minor injuries to critically ill cases while collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Shifts available: Full-time • Nights, Days, Mixed, Evenings (Rotating Weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages in the Emergency Department
• Manage multiple patient cases simultaneously while prioritizing based on acuity
• Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations
• Coordinate follow-up care plans and referrals with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Document patient care accurately and timely according to organizational policies

Requirements:

• Will consider candidates with 1 year of RN ER experience in an acute care setting
• Med-Surg candidates will be considered for cross-training for Night Shift only
• Diploma or associate degree from a professional nursing program (Required)
• Current RN licensure in Virginia or compact RN license eligible to practice in VA (Required)
• American Heart Association BLS Certification (Required)

Compensation & Benefits:

Differentials: Night Shift: $3.00/hr/ Weekend Days: $3.00/hr/ Weekend Nights: $7.00/hr

Additional Benefits:
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus
