In this role, you’ll represent a nationally recognized telecommunications and wireless services provider, helping customers find the right mobile devices, service plans, and connectivity solutions to fit their needs as an authorized dealer.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobile devices, wireless plans, and related products/services
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Meet individual sales and performance goals
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, devices, and services
• Keep the sales floor organized and customer-ready
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support a team-focused and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
• Comfortable learning and discussing technology products
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable and dependable attendance

Compensation & Benefits

• $16.90/hour guaranteed base pay
