Job Title: Float Pool RN – Medical Surgical

Location: Gainesville, FL 32614

Salary: $43/hour (Flat) + Nights $4.25 diff + Weekend $3 diff

Job Summary:
Float Pool RN responsible for providing patient care across multiple Med-Surg units, performing assessments, care planning, and ensuring quality patient outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• 1+ year current Med-Surg RN experience (must be actively working in Med-Surg)
• Active Florida RN or compact license (FL license within 60 days)
• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• BLS within 30 days
• Flexible to float across units
• Comfortable with 7:1 patient ratio
• Must live within commutable distance (<60 mins)

Shift:

• 3x12 hours (Days: 7a–7p / Nights: 7p–7a)
• Rotating weekends

Additional Notes:

• In-person interview required (may include shadowing/tour)
• Sign-on & relocation: Case by case
