Job summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our outpatient pediatric practice in the Bronx, NY. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, family-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents while working alongside physicians and a multidisciplinary care team.

Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 annually (Based on experience) + Benefits
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric assessments, physical exams, and developmental evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress.
- Perform office-based procedures, including immunizations and wound care.
- Conduct well-child visits and preventive health screenings.
- Educate patients and families on child development, nutrition, safety, and disease prevention.
- Manage chronic conditions such as asthma, ADHD, diabetes, obesity, and allergies.
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR/EHR system.
Qualifications
Required
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
- Current Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) certification (PNCB, ANCC, or equivalent).
- Active New York RN and APRN licenses.
- Current BLS certification.
Preferred
- Outpatient pediatric experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- EMR/EHR experience.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
