RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) - 3x12s Nights

Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist provides patient-centered respiratory care including assessment, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, airway management, and mechanical ventilation support. This role also involves emergency response, patient monitoring, and collaboration with physicians in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:
• Perform and document respiratory assessments (breath sounds, airway patency, cuff pressure)
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy
• Initiate and manage mechanical ventilation
• Assist with airway placement and transport of ventilator patients
• Respond to emergent situations and support resuscitation efforts
• Monitor and report patient response to therapy

Requirements:
• NBRC RRT certification required (CRT not accepted)
• Florida Respiratory Therapist license required
• Associate Degree in Respiratory Care
• 1 year RRT experience required (critical care or L&D preferred)
• BLS within 30 days
• ACLS within 6 months
• PALS within 6 months
• NRP within 6 months

Compensation:
• Night Differential: +$4.50/hr
• Weekend Differential: +$3/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
• Relocation Assistance: Case by Case
