Registered Nurse - Cardiac Surgical Stepdown

Position: RN – Cardiac Surgical Stepdown (Nights)
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Pay Details: $43.50/hr + Shift Differentials
PRN | Nights | 3x12s

Position Highlights:

• Flat Rate Pay: $43.50/hr
• Night Shift Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• PRN Opportunity
• Relocation assistance available for experienced RNs
• Work alongside an experienced cardiovascular care team

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process
• Monitor and evaluate patient functional status
• Deliver age-appropriate and culturally sensitive patient care
• Document patient progress accurately using proper medical terminology
• Coordinate patient discharge planning and education
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Support hospital goals through education and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications:-

Required:

• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

New Graduate Consideration:

Manager may consider new graduates with prior LPN experience in cardiac care.

Preferred Skills:

• Cardiac Surgical Stepdown experience
• Knowledge of disease state management and clinical pathways
• Ability to prioritize in a high-acuity environment
