Primary Care Physician (PCP)

Salary Range: $210, 000 to $250,000 – New Graduates Accepted**

Compensation:

• Quality Incentives: $45K–$85K+ annually
• Attractive performance incentives in addition to base salary

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified/Eligible (FM, IM, or Geriatrics)
• Active or eligible Maryland license & DEA
• Strong communication and patient‐focused care
• EMR proficiency
• Team‐based, value‐driven care experience

Preferred:

• Medicare Advantage or value‐based care experience
• HEDIS/STARS knowledge
• Experience with diverse or underserved populations
