ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time | Sign-on Bonus + Benefits

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced acute care environment. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team.

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Night Shift (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $33–$46/hour (based on experience)
• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)

Requirements:

• Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License
• ADN or BSN required
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience
• Acute care experience required
• BLS required
• ACLS and NIHSS required within 6 months of hire
• Candidates with MICU, SICU, or CSU experience are encouraged to apply
