Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg | Up to $25K Sign-On Bonus

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg

Schedule: Full-Time (Days or Nights, Rotating Weekends)

Position Type: Full Time Permanent

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (paid in 6-month increments)

Relocation: Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications as per physician orders
• Educate patients and families on treatment and medications
• Maintain and review patient records, including test results

Qualifications:

• 1 year of acute care experience required
• Active Florida RN License (or Compact License; FL license required within 90 days)
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• Acute care experience required (No recent LTAC)
• BLS certification (AHA) required within 30 days
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $30.00 – $42.00/hr (based on experience)
• Night Differential: $4.75/hr
• Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr
