Job Description:

Title: Cardiac Telemetry RN

Shift: Days/Nights

Location: Independence, MO.
Shift Options:
• Days (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $32–$43/hr. (based on experience) + Benefits

• $12,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment)
• Shift Differentials: +$3 Nights | +$2 Weekends
• Relocation assistance available case by case

Patient Population:

• Chest Pain
• Stroke
• COPD
• Post-Operative Patients
• GI Conditions
• Accelerated Heart Rhythms
• Cardiac Drips and Monitored Patients

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and cardiac monitoring
• Assess and respond to acute changes in patient condition
• Interpret ECG rhythms and identify arrhythmias
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient-centered care

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
• Current Missouri RN license or Compact RN license required
• BLS certification required upon hire
• ACLS certification required within 1 year of hire
