Physical Therapist (PT) – $55.51 to $79.14/hr | Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | Quincy, CA

We are currently hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a permanent full-time or part-time opportunity in Quincy, California. Position Overview

• Salary Range: $55.51 – $79.14 per hour (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus:
• • $10,000 for Full-Time
  • $5,000 for Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy services in inpatient, outpatient, swing bed, and skilled nursing settings.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Deliver patient-centered care focused on improving mobility, strength, and functional independence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active California Physical Therapy License (in good standing)
• National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) completed
• BLS Certification – American Heart Association (AHA)
• Compliance with all California and federal PT regulations

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year experience in acute care, outpatient, or skilled nursing settings
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
• Experience with EMR systems and documentation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
