Medical Technician | Full-Time

We're hiring a Medical Technician for a full-time permanent opportunity at a leading acute care hospital in Bradenton, Florida.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time
• Evening & Night Shifts
• Rotating Weekends
• Pay: $22.39–$31.34/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and STAT laboratory testing
• Work in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology
• Process and analyze patient specimens accurately
• Maintain laboratory documentation and quality standards
• Support specimen collection and processing as needed
• Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure quality patient care

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Medical Technology (Bachelor's preferred)
• Active Florida Medical Technologist License (minimum 3 laboratory specialties required)
• ASCP certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of hospital laboratory experience preferred
• Blood Bank experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently and covering multiple lab departments
