Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Rehab

Location: Alpena & West Branch, MI
Shift: Full-Time | Permanent Days
Pay Range: $32+/hour (Based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $14,000 with 2-year commitment

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to provide patient-centered care across outpatient and acute care settings while helping patients improve independence, mobility, and quality of life.

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR) license required
• NBCOT Certification required
• BLS certification preferred
• Outpatient or acute care experience preferred
• New graduates may be considered
