- Holiday & Weekend Rotation Required

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $32.73 – $49.09/hour
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Potential Relocation Assistance
- Evening Differential: $5.00/hour
- Night Differential: $7.50/hour
- Weekend Differential: $7.50/hour
- Weekend Package Available with 50% Differential

Position Overview
Join a highly respected healthcare organization as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse. Opportunities are available on both Medical and Medical/Surgical units caring for diverse patient populations including post-surgical, cardiac, stroke, orthopedic, respiratory, and general medical patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and quality outcomes
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required
- Active Iowa RN License or Compact License required
- BLS Certification required
- BSN required within 12 years of hire
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills required
