Schedule

  • Day Shift
  • Monday – Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Weekend Rotation: 1 weekend per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide outpatient therapy with occasional acute care coverage.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs.
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), aides, and students.
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) (Required)
  • NBCOT Certification (Required)
  • BLS Certification (Within 1 month of hire – Highly Preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience preferred (New graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Outpatient experience preferred
  • AOTA Membership preferred
