Lead Medical Technologist

Job Title: Lead Medical Technologist
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Range: $29.90 – $44.00 per hour

Job Summary:
The Lead Medical Technologist performs high-complexity laboratory testing and assists with supervisory responsibilities to support efficient laboratory operations and accurate diagnostic results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and process laboratory specimens.
• Perform laboratory testing following established procedures.
• Review and validate test results for accuracy.
• Maintain specimen logs and laboratory documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related Biological/Chemical Science.
• National certification as a Laboratory Scientist (ASCP or AMT preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with high complexity testing.
• Experience in Flow Cytometry, Hematology, or Oncology Differentials preferred.
