Outpatient Physical Therapist | Full-Time | $15K Sign-On Bonus

We are looking for a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Batesville, Arkansas.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time permanent position
• Tuesday–Friday | Four 10-hour day shifts
• No weekends or on-call
• Pay: $38.54–$64.50/hour
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Arkansas Physical Therapy License (or eligibility)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Experience in manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, or pelvic floor therapy is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and patient care skills
