Schedule:
- Day Shift
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- No Weekends | No Holidays
Must Have –
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapist (PT) License
- BLS Certification (Within 1 month of hire preferred)
Job Summary:
- Primarily outpatient with some acute care coverage
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy interventions and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in program development and community education
