Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Hybrid | Spanish Bilingual

Join a collaborative behavioral health team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in a hybrid role supporting pediatric patients (ages 6+). Bronx, NY (Hybrid – On-site once per week)

Salary

$90,000 – $95,000/year (based on experience)

Schedule

• Hybrid position
• On-site in Bronx, NY once per week

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health and psychosocial assessments
• Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Intervention, etc.)
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and care teams
• Complete accurate EHR documentation
• Participate in case conferences and clinical meetings

Requirements

• Active New York LCSW License
• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Minimum 2 years of behavioral health/social work experience
• Experience working with pediatric patients (ages 6+)
• Spanish bilingual required
• Must live within the Tri-State area
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5 and behavioral health assessments
• Experience with EHR documentation
