Diversified Sourcing Solutions (DSS) is hiring experienced Manufacturing Machine Operators for a great opportunity with a growing manufacturing team. If you have strong mechanical skills, manufacturing experience, and enjoy working hands-on, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Safely and efficiently operate manufacturing equipment
- Set up machines and equipment for daily production
- Monitor production to ensure products meet quality specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment and identify potential mechanical or production issues
- Perform basic equipment adjustments and help minimize downtime
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Identify and report safety hazards
- Help improve production processes and equipment efficiency
- Train and assist other employees on machine operations
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to learn new processes and train others
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to recognize and prevent potential production or equipment issues
- Good organizational skills
- Forklift experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors
- Ability to repeatedly bend, kneel, crouch, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
