Job Description

· Supervise and lead a team of 15

· Drive quality, safety, and productivity improvements through the use of metrics, analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making

· Manage all aspects of team development including hiring, training, discipline, and performance reviews

· Monitor and report hour-by-hour production metrics to ensure on-time delivery targets are consistently met

Key Requirements

• Hands on production experience
• Machining background is a strong plus
• Track record of superior performance metrics
• Lean experience is a strong plus
