Social Worker - Spanish Required | HYBRID-SCHEDULE | LMSW & LCSW

We are seeking Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Bronx, NY (Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week)

Schedule: Remote with one required onsite day weekly

Qualifications

• 1+ years of clinical experience required
• Active New York State LMSW or LCSW license
• Spanish bilingual required
• Medicaid & Medicare credentialed (required for LCSW)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health support to pediatric patients (age 6+)
• Deliver care in a hybrid setting (primarily remote with onsite collaboration)
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
