LVN - Skilled Nursing Facility | 3x12 Night Shifts

Summary

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) role in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The LVN provides direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN and may act as charge nurse when needed. Duties follow the nursing process and focus on patient care in long-term/skilled nursing environments.

Requirements

• Active California LVN license (must be current)
• Graduate of an approved LVN program (associate degree or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year LVN experience
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to:

  • Communicate effectively (written and verbal)
  • Use computer systems for documentation

Shift

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Shift length: 12-hour shifts
• Shift type: Nights
• Facility coverage: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Pay

• Hourly range: $29 – $41/hour
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000
