Registered Nurse Cardiac Surgical Stepdown | Multiple Shifts Available

Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Surgical Stepdown Unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized treatment plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $33.15–$51.00/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor cardiac surgical stepdown patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Document patient assessments and progress
• Educate patients and families
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure safe and effective discharge planning

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma RN License (or Multistate Compact License)
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Candidates with LPN cardiac experience and new RN graduates may also be considered
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
