Med-Surg RN | Up to $54/hr + $40K Bonus + Shift Differentials

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside care to Med-Surg patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient education
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience
• Education: Diploma / ADN / ASN (BSN/MSN preferred)
• License: Active North Carolina RN license
• Certification: BLS (AHA or ARC)

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $33– $54/hr
• Shift Differentials:
• • Evening: +$3.30/hr
  • Night: +$6.00/hr
  • Weekend: +$10.00/hr
  • Holiday: +50% base
    (Differentials can be combined for higher earnings)
• Bonuses & Perks:
• • Retention Bonus: Up to $40,000
