Registered Nurse – Med-Surg

Location: Goldsboro, NC
Schedule: 3x12s (36 hrs/week)

Overview: We are seeking a Med-Surg Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care to patients with a variety of medical conditions in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Perform point-of-care testing and clinical procedures
• Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements:

• Active RN License (NC) + BLS
• 1+ year of nursing experience Required
• ADN/ASN required (BSN preferred)

Compensation & Perks:

• Pay Range: $33.00 – $54.45/hr Based on years of experience
• Shift Differentials + incentive bonuses available
• Up to $40K retention bonus + relocation support
