Great permanent opportunity for LPNs/LVNs looking to grow in long-term care with strong benefits, paid training, PTO, and possible relocation assistance.

Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and document resident conditions
• Supervise CNAs and support resident care plans
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and daily nursing care
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient safety

Requirements:
• Active Pennsylvania LPN License required
• BLS Certification required
• Long-term care or nursing home experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
