Role Overview
This position focuses on highly specialized cardiovascular critical care within the CVICU.
Patient & Clinical Responsibilities
- Management of ventilators
- Titration of critical drips
- Care of post-cardiac surgery patients
- Intensive monitoring of critically ill cardiovascular patients
Requirements
- Minimum:
- 1+ year recent ICU experience OR 2+ years PCU experience considered
- Active RN license (Florida or compact state)
Compensation
- Base Pay:
- $32 to $48/hr
- Night Shift Differential: +$4.25/hr
- Sign-On Bonus: Available case-by-case (not guaranteed)
- Relocation Assistance: Available case-by-case
